Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1.7 oz.) envelope dried vegetable soup mix

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
  3. Makes 4 cups.
