Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh chopped spinach leaves
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Toss spinach with oil and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  2. Stuff 1/4 of mixture into each pita half; serve 1 pita half per person.
