Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Unroll crescent roll dough into 2 strips; pinch together into rectangular shape in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Do not overbake.
- Mix Ranch dressing, softened cream cheese and milk; spread onto cooled dough.
- Sprinkle vegies on, then cheese last.
- Chill for 1 hour. Cut into squares.
