Venison Meat

Ingredients

  • venison meat
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 large onion
  • green pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray roaster pan with Pam.
  2. Slice meat 1/4-inch thick and place one layer in the roaster.
  3. Cut the onion and green pepper and lay on top of meat in roaster.
  4. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll meat slices in the flour mixture and place on top of the first layer of meat in the roaster.
  5. Add more onion and pepper. Add tomato juice in between the layers.
  6. Place the rest of the flour mixture and remaining ingredients on the top layer.
  7. Bake at 350° until tender.
  8. Stir occasionally.
