Very Corn Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 13 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Grease 9 miffin tins or line with baking cups.
  3. Pour muffin mix into a medium bowl; create a well in the center.
  4. In a smaller bowl, mix egg with milk.
  5. Stir in corn.
  6. Pour mixture into well of muffin mix.
  7. Blend ingredients just to moisten.
  8. (It will be lumpy).
  9. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes.
