Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. biscuit mix (Jiffy or Bisquick)
  • 2 c. meat or vegetables or combination
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and pour into a 9 1/2-inch pie plate which has been buttered.
  2. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
