Wade'S Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Melt butter; add cumin, red pepper and paprika.
- Set aside.
- Cut tips from wings, then cut remainder in half.
- Spray two large broiling pans with nonstick cooking spray. Place wings on rack.
- Bake on one side about 40 minutes, then turn and brown on second side.
- Remove from oven and brush both sides with butter mixture.
- Bake until crisp.
