Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Green Peas
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Wasabi Paste (or More If You Want It Real Spicy)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Cracked Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. May be eaten right away or after chilling in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. Serve with pita chips.
