Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. pistachio pudding (diet; dry vanilla pudding)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice or fruit cocktail
  • 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 sweeteners

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and fruit first.
  2. Put pudding and sweetener.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. One serving equals 1 milk and 1 fruit.
