Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 package watermelon flavored jello (4 servings)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine boiling water and watermelon jello until dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups, then stir in gelatin until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove any remaining ice.
  4. Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
  6. Spoon into crust and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
