Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated into a pulp
  • 1/2 cup daikon radish, grated into a pulp
  • 1/4 umeboshi plum
  • 1 -2 drop shoyu

Instructions

  1. bring the carrot,daikon, umeboshi plum and 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. reduce heat , simmer about 3 minute
  2. Add the shoyu and simmer for 2 to 3 min more. Add the nori if using. Drink hot.
