Ingredients

  • 1 box Shake and Bake
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb veal
  • Brown gravy packet
  • 1 can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Cut the veal into thin slices.
  2. Dip the veal slices into the beaten egg.
  3. Coat the veal slices with Shake and Bake breading.
  4. Place the coated veal on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F until cooked through.
  5. Prepare brown gravy according to package instructions.
  6. Add a can of mushrooms to the gravy and simmer.
  7. Pour the gravy mixture over the cooked veal slices and serve with mashed potatoes.
