Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Beat all together until the mixture stands in peaks.
  2. Start beating immediately after water is added or it will not turn out right.
