Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Place ice water in a small bowl.
  2. Gradually add milk powder to the ice water.
  3. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
