Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (3 foiled bars) Nestle Premier white baking bars, broken up
  • 1/4 c. heavy or whipped cream
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) cold butter, cut in pieces
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt Premier white baking bars and heavy cream over hot (not boiling) water until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a large mixer bowl; cool to room temperature.
  3. Gradually beat in cold butter and confectioners sugar; continue beating until light and fluffy.
