White Cloud Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 6 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. milk, added as needed

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, whip potatoes while warm.
  2. Add ingredients as listed.
  3. Continue whipping until fluffy.
  4. Place in dish that can be heated in oven or microwave.
  5. Heat and serve.
