- Combine 1 1/2 cups wild violet blossoms with 3/4 cup water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat and strain out the blossoms.
- Stir in juice of one medium lime and 2 1/3 cups sugar until dissolved.
- Add the pectin package and stir until fully incorporated.
- Return to low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and reaches a gel point.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal jars and store in a cool, dark place.
- Refrigerate after opening and use within a few weeks.
