Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 envelope active dry yeast or 1 Tbsp.
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. warm water (105~)
  • 3 Tbsp. potato flakes
  • 1 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 envelope active dry yeast or 1 tablespoon, 3 tablespoons sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, and 2 cups warm water (105°F).
  2. Stir in 3 tablespoons potato flakes and 1 cup flour until smooth.
  3. Cover loosely and leave at room temperature for 24 hours.
