Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh broccoli, cleaned and steamed
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Chablis or other dry white wine

Instructions

  1. Arrange broccoli spears in a serving dish. Combine melted butter and wine; pour over broccoli and toss lightly.
