- Place the roast in the center of a large sheet of foil.
- Cut slits in the roast and insert the garlic clove into the slits.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top of the roast.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce over the mushroom soup.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top of the roast.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add meat tenderizer according to the cut of meat.
- Pull the foil up and lightly seal, leaving space around the roast.
- Place the wrapped roast in a cake pan and bake in the oven at 250°F from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Alternatively, cook in a crock-pot on low for 10 to 12 hours.
