Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced artichoke heart
  • 3 roasted red peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle a little flour on a baking sheet and spread the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
  3. Spread cheese on dough about 1/2 an inch away from the dough edges.
  4. Spread out artichokes, peppers and turkey pepperoni.
  5. Starting on the long side, roll the dough up and pinch the edges together.
  6. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. **To reheat, bake from frozen for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
