- Dip steaks in egg, then into bread crumbs to coat.
- Heat frying pan; melt 2 to 3 teaspoons butter in pan.
- Once butter is almost melted, add a little oil to keep the batter from burning. Then fry meat (be careful as the meat will fry very quickly).
