  5. Shape the dough into rolls or loaves.
  6. Let the shaped dough rise until it doubles in size.
  7. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C) and bake until done, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Grease the top of the bread or rolls when they begin to brown.
