Yeast Rolls (Quick)

Ingredients

  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; mix in sugar, flour and margarine. Sprinkle
  2. more flour
  3. on
  4. waxed
  5. paper and knead. Pinch
  6. off dough; make
  7. into rolls and place in pans sprayed with
  8. Pam. Leave room in between for them to rise.
  9. Let rise. If in a hurry, place rolls inside a warm oven (bake at lowest temperature)
  10. for
  11. approximately 30 minutes.
  12. They then should be ready to
  13. bake.
  14. Bake
  15. at 350° until golden brown. Really delicious with melted butter brushed over top.
