Instructions
- Mix yeast and lukewarm water and set aside.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add beaten egg in center of bowl of dry ingredients. Add yeast mixture next then melted shortening.
- Mix well and store in refrigerator (preferably overnight) to let dough rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap.
- Use dough as needed.
