Ingredients

  • 1 head chopped cabbage
  • 1 to 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (same flavor as meat)
  • 2 lb. ground meat (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat and drain.
  2. Rinse fat; add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
  3. Add vegetables, lower heat and simmer until tender.
  4. Cook Ramen noodles in a separate pan.
  5. Follow package directions.
  6. Serves 12.
