Instructions
- Combine egg yolks and sugar in top part of double boiler. Beat egg beater until light lemon color and well blended.
- Add Marsala, beat again, until well blended.
- Put boiling water in lower part of double boiler.
- Cook about 5 minutes or until slightly thick and creamy (while cooking, beat constantly).
- Serve warm or can be cooled and served cold plain or over angel food cake slices.
