Instructions
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate with butter.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie plate.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes.
- Pour over ingredients in pie plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350°.
- Makes 6 servings.
