Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a 10-inch pie plate with butter.
  2. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie plate.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes.
  5. Pour over ingredients in pie plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350°.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
