Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water and add to the other ingredients that have been assembled in a pan or bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly and pour into mold.
  3. Cool in refrigerator.
  4. Unmold. Reduce mayonnaise with cherry juice to serve as a dressing.
