Zucchini-Lime Salad

Instructions
- Drain pineapple, saving juice; add enough water to make 1 1/4 cups.
- Set pineapple aside.
- Bring liquid to a boil; add lime Jell-O, stirring until Jell-O melts.
- Add lime juice; chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
- Fold in pineapple, zucchini and Cool Whip.
- Pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
- Cover and chill until firm.
- Yields 8 servings.
