Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh firm zucchini
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 1/2 oz. gin
  • 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, then trim the ends from the zucchini.
  2. Then slice in even 1/4-inch rounds.
  3. Set aside.
