Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of water
  • 6 tortilla shells

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breasts, then drain and cool.
  2. Heat the cream of chicken soup and water over medium heat.
  3. Tear apart the cooled chicken and tortilla shells into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Add the chicken and tortilla pieces to the soup mixture.
  5. Cook until the tortilla shells puff up, about 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
