Ingredients

  • 1 loaf cake, sliced lengthwise in half
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.), do not drain
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pineapple with instant vanilla pudding and stir well.
  2. Add thawed Cool Whip to the pineapple mixture and mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the filling between the sliced loaf cake halves and frost the top.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
