3 Minute Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, sugar and salt.
  2. Bring to a slow boil. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts.
  3. Stir until melted.
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
