Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, scramble the ground beef and chopped onion and cook over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Add the tomato soup cans to the cooked beef mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Mix the cooked macaroni into the beef and tomato soup mixture and heat through.
  5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with cheese or herbs.
