7-Layer Ribbon Salad
A colorful, layered gelatin salad featuring fruity flavors and a creamy milk topping, perfect for festive occasions or as a refreshing dessert for family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes cherry jello
- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
- 1 (3 oz.) box orange jello
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes lime jello ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
- 1 can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix one box cherry jello with 3/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water, then pour into a serving dish and let set.
- Once the cherry layer is set, prepare the lemon jello according to package instructions and pour over the cherry layer.
- Allow the lemon layer to set before adding the next layer.
- Repeat the process with the orange jello, then lime jello, and finally strawberry jello, letting each layer set before adding the next.
- After all layers have set, whip the evaporated milk until slightly thickened and spread over the top of the layered jello.
