- Cream margarine until smooth.
- Add sugar and eggs; beat well until combined.
- Stir in flour, cocoa, and nuts; mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a greased 10 x 14-inch baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread condensed milk over the hot cake.
- Sprinkle coconut over the condensed milk layer.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Spread cream cheese frosting over the cooled bars.
- Cut into bars and serve.
