8 Layer Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium green bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 12 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Layer lettuce, peas, onion and green peppers in large salad bowl.
  2. Spread mayonnaise over layers, sealing to edge.
  3. Sprinkle sugar, Parmesan cheese and bacon over mayonnaise.
