Ingredients

  • 2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. salad oil
  • 3 Tbsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. freeze-dried chives

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add enough oil to make a smooth paste. Then add vinegar, oil and eggs alternately whipping after each addition to form a liquid.
