Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks. Add milk, then dry ingredients. Fold in beaten egg whites. Using an abelskiver pan, fill each hole 1/2- full of oil or crisco. Heat; fill wells with batter. Right away begin turning them, one at a time, until all are turned and cooked. They are small and round, and are done fast. Makes 4 dozen.
