Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups almond milk

Instructions

  1. Melt ghee in a pot over medium heat. Add ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. Simmer until aromatic, about a minute -- more or less.
  2. Add almond milk and honey. Continue to stir just until the mixture comes to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and serve warm.
