- Put egg yolks into mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed 2 minutes. Add water and beat until foams like whites.
- Add small amounts of sugar at a time, beating 4 minutes.
- Add flavoring, flour with cream of tartar, beating in small amounts at a time.
- Beat for 4 minutes.
- Add pinch of salt to egg whites.
- Beat until dry.
- Fold into mixture.
