Ingredients

  • 1 large head nappa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped (whole thing)
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodle soup

Instructions

  1. Break up noodles into small pieces (discard flavor pack). Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter. Let cool.
