Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Jell-O brand berry blue flavor gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Jell-O brand gelatin, red flavor
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 4 c. angel food or pound cake, cubes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve each flavor of gelatin completely in 2 cups boiling water in separate bowls.
  2. Stir 1 cup cold water into each gelatin mixture.
  3. Pour each gelatin mixture into separate 13 x 9-inch pans.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut the gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
  6. Layer the cubes, whipped topping, cake cubes, and strawberries in a 3-quart serving bowl.
  7. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
