A refreshing fruity Jello salad with apricot nectar, pineapple, bananas, and citrus flavor, perfect for potlucks, picnics, or light desserts for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can apricot nectar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 sliced bananas
  • 3 oz. package orange jello
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Instructions

  1. Heat apricot nectar to boiling and add orange jello to dissolve.
  2. Add lemon juice and crushed pineapple with juice.
  3. Cool the mixture.
  4. Add sliced bananas.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Optionally, top with mayonnaise or whipped cream before serving.
