Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • celery, diced
  • mayonnaise (enough to get consistency you like)

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken, lemon pepper, salt and garlic powder until chicken is done. Leave the water and chicken in pot and cover with a lid. Let the chicken set in the water until completely cooled. When cooled, drain and tear chicken apart. Add celery and mayonnaise to taste.
