Almost Two-Ingredient Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe Bananas
  • 1-1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Smash the bananas up in a bowl until all the clumps are gone. Add the rest of the ingredients to the smashed bananas and mix well.
  3. Place rounded tablespoons of "dough" on a baking sheet lined with greased wax paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
  4. Makes 16 cookies.
