Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced yellow onion

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
  2. Shake well. Refrigerate until needed.
  3. Serve over salad greens.
  4. Makes 1/2 cup.
  5. One serving of 2 tablespoons = 6 calories, 09 protein, 25 g carbohydrate, 09 fat and 31 mg. sodium.
  6. One serving = free.
