Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup amaranth
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Combine water, the amaranth, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 25 minutes or until all the water is abosorbed.
  3. Serve like rice.
