A refreshing, fruity punch with a vibrant Jell-O flavor, pineapple, and lemon, perfect for parties and gatherings that enjoy a sweet, fizzy beverage.

Ingredients

  • 3 small boxes Jell-O
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 4 qt. ginger ale
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in 9 cups of boiling water.
  2. Combine the Jell-O mixture with 4 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water; bring to a boil and then add to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Cool the mixture and then add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
  4. Pour into four 1/2 gallon containers and freeze until solid.
  5. Set out to thaw until slushy, then transfer to a punch bowl.
  6. Add 1 quart of ginger ale to each 1/2 gallon of the punch mixture before serving.
